Pastor Brunson

Pastor Marchall Brunson

A native of Bladenboro, NC, was born the third youngest of 14 children. Pastor Brunson accepted the calling to the gospel at the age of 17 and preached his first Initial Sermon at the age of 18. He resided in Bladenboro until the age of 19 when he enlisted in the United States Army.

Pastor Brunson served in the United States Army until retirement. His military beginnings was a Flight Medic in Kentucky. He traveled abroad to Germany and Korea where he served as a Chaplain Assistant. He also served as an assistant Pastor in Kirchberg, Germany.

Upon returning to the United States, Pastor Brunson served as one of the sons of Lewis Chapel Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Doctor John D Fuller Sr. before relocating to Raleigh, NC. Upon the guidance of the Holy Spirit Pastor Brunson founded Morning Star World Harvest Ministries in October of 1997.

Pastor Brunson attended Sullivan University of Kentucky were he studied Biblical Studies of Religion. He also attended Fayetteville Technical Community College where he received an Associate Degree. Pastor Brunson is the father of two children, the late Jamila and Ahmad Brunson.
